What if I can't solve all my problems soon?

I try and try to not worry but it feels like my mind is set on worry about everything and I can't change it. I know all of this sounds weird but I would really like to find the answer.

Life is what happens to you while you're waiting for something good to come along. That's not the exact quote, but it's a close enough paraphrase.

There's really no right or wrong answer to this question. You've got to find whatever it is that gives you a sense of purpose on this rock. Find things that you like to do, things that distract you from these worries and and 'little things' which are causing you pain.

Take a walk, take a picture, go fishing, draw, smell the flowers, kiss someone, jump over a fence, discover who you are and why you're here.

Life is too short to worry about every little thing. Happiness is a relative state, a state which you won't just magically remain within indefinitely. In fact, I'm sure that there will be a lot of the time when you'll be unhappy with things, much the same as you are right now. It's just natural to feel that way.

Try this, when you're stressing over those little things, seek out something good about them. Even if it's a small thing, try to relate it to something positive and good. Eventually, those worries and frets will loosen up a bit, and you can start concentrating a bit more on just being in the moment and enjoying your life and who you are.

Good Luck.

Look inside yourself and ask, does what I'm doing make me happy. If not you have to change. You are your own happiness.
Have you ever picked up one of those #8 balls, you ask a question, shake it, and it gives you an answer. How do you feel when it say no or yes to your question. If your happy then that's the true feeling inside you. Its the same thing with thoughts. There's a big world out there with sooo much beauty and things to do that can truly make you happy but you are the only one that can achieve what you desire by going and doing what you need to create that good feeling. Once you feel that awesome-ness you'll want more and start to do whats right for you. People can help by giving you advice but you are the only one who has the power to go for it and make it happen. How can you make yourself happy if all you do is think about the bad stuff. Life's to short, LIVE IT while you can. Try smiling at problems and let pass them by. Its like someone throwing a ball at you, You don't always have to catch it.

Here is my though on your question......

Happiness is being aware, not only of the positive events that occur in your life but, that you yourself are the cause of these events--that you can create them, that you control their occurrence, and that you play a major role in the good things that happen to you.

Happiness, said Benjamin Franklin, "is produced not so much by great pieces of good fortune that seldom happen as by the little advantages that occur every day."

Also, psychologists have amassed a heap of data on what people who deem themselves happy have in common. Mood and temperament have a large genetic component. Such findings suggest that while we all experience ups and downs, our moods revolve around the emotional baselines or "set points" we're born with.

As individuals, we each have a personal perspective on the differences between right and wrong----between good and bad. Our sense of ethics comes from our assumptions/beliefs, values, vision and guiding principles make up our unique identity. These are the primary factors that affect and control our actions.

At certain times in life, people take stock of where they are and where they want to go. Deciding what is important to us in our life's journey, including where we may be stuck, is the way to begin this life planning. The gift of knowing who you are and what you are meant to do gives you the energy to transform your life.

Which brings happiness within yourself......Hope this is helpful in understanding.....How we find happiness....Peace

Stay true to YOURSELF....treat others how you would wanna be treated...appreciate the value of of the things that you DO have...be sure to TREAT yourself and never CHEAT yourself of the simplest things in life...understand that it is by your OWN good deeds (and NOT by those of others) that there forever remains hope in your life...we know by now that no one will EVER help you make this world the better place that you want it to be...but this is YOUR life... and you will NEVER allow yourself to become a slave to the barriers that he rest of the world cannot handle...because YOU can...and YOU will...because this is YOUR life...and no one other than yourself can free your mind...to believe that it only takes a single grain of sand to root the world......not THEIRS...but YOUR world....life is what YOU make it and nothing less...and if along the way, you begin to get tired and grow impatient...just remember that you can't expect to build a KINGDOM in just a few days...

Solve the problems. Then, once you've solved all the ones you can without something changing externally, either try to change it or just enjoy the good parts of life. Absolute happiness has eluded people for thousands of years, we're not about to find it now (and if we are it won't be through a method you've heard of).

Even if there is barely anything to look forward to, look forward to it. Try to free your mind of all the thoughts crammed in it. There is always something you can be doing to keep busy and occupied. If feel like you have nothing then make something. Draw, create, listen to music, watch a movie. You control your feelings. if you say i am going to be happy you will get happy some way. It really works

Decide that there are many things you want that you don't need, then make up your mind that you can do without them. Be satisfied with as little as possible. Help people. Give love wherever you can without expecting anything in return.
