I have heard that alcohol consumption in men and women can affect their ability to get pregnant. Try tracking your ovulation. You can either do that by checking your vaginal mucus or buying a kit at the store. Have sex every 3 days to ensure that there are sperm in where they are supposed to be. Relax and stressed out person has a more difficult time getting pregnant. :)

Of course alcohol affects the man's sperm count! Just as any other drug. Alcohol affects your liver function, which, in turn, causes a dramatic rise in estrogen levels. Even two drinks a day will have long-term effects on sperm production.

I'm not sure that it can affect his sperm "count" if you will, BUT, I'm sure if the little spermies get slightly drunk, every day, they're probably not as inclined to make it to your egg as the sober ones. I'm guessing you're making a good assumption, however, you should consult with your Dr to be sure.

Sperms don't get drunk. That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Yes, it will lower his sperm count. Hell, if the sperms got drunk, it would probably help them get to were they need to go. Men want to get inside the woman when they are drunk, so I am sure that sperms would love to get inside the egg.
