Go to an auto parts store and ask for a paint cleaning clay bar. Ive seen them in some stores but you can order them through auto catalogs too. This bar will clean and remove small particles in the paint and add a high glassy finish to the paint, you can feel a difference.
good luck......

Any auto parts store that sells paints & painting supplies should
have liquid wax & dirt remover, such as DuPont Prep-Sol or an
equivalent item.No residue & is safe for all surfaces.Has a multitude of uses.
