A hippopotamus for a couple of reasons:
01: The name is really cool
02: King Hippo was really hard to beat in the original Nintendo's "Mike Tyson's Punchout"
03: To be that large and capable of hiding underwater! That's pretty damn cool!
04: When I get angry, they would just say its my nature instead of my temper
05: Really cool teeth

Guinea pig.
I would prefer to be realistic and accept the truth without any inhibitions!!
No point posing as though there is a choice. All of us including the hippopotamus are in reality guinea pigs in the hands of a super power ... whether you believe that superpower to be God or you think it is this great nature or universe, it makes no difference really. All of us beings are just objects unfailingly following the universal law of cause and effect chain!!

A hippo for sure. Adult wild hippos dont have many predators and they spend their days swimming. Who wants to be stuck in a cage running in a wheel all day and not go anywhere??? Hippos dont have little nine year old boys sqeezing them either. If hippos arent in the wild they are in zoos which take proper care of them. Guinea pigs can be kept by anyone and may not be taken care of properly. Also, hippos only give birth to one baby unlike Guinea pigs.

I would much rather be a guinea pig. I think that having something to look forward to (running on that wheel all the time!!) would be great. Getting up and thinking "I am going to reach the end of that wheel today" would be good, even if there never is an end, it's still good to have something to aspire to. Also, all that cardio would do great things for my figure!

No way a guinea pig in Peru (South America), here we eat guinea pigs.
They are delicious, with chili, potatoes and corn.
Much better a hippopotamus in a good American zoo.

A hippo. Then I could tip people over in their boats and bite them. If I were a guinea pig I'd be stuck in a cage all the time.

a hippo. becuz i could be seen and wouldnt have to be worried about someone stepping on me. also cuz nobodys favorite animal is a hippo and it cant be a pet so i wouldnt have to worry about everyone bugging me, unless if i was in a zoo.
