stubhub is one I use for hard to get tickets and they have great seats too. They are usually season ticket holders or people who bought too many.

Not off hand, but you will pay much less if your in a nose bleed section w/ a good pair of binoculars... My guess would be contacting the box office directly or place of entertainment and see if they sell tickets.
Concerts are very expensive.

Best way to get really cheap tickets is to get them for free by winning them from a radio station.
