I guess it depends on where you bought the tires in the first place, but Belle Tire has FREE tire rotations for as long as own your tires.As long as you bought them there. Keep your reciept!

DIY...

Use your car's jack and at least four cinder blocks. Using the tire iron your car came with, remove the tires, and switch them caddy corner wise (left front to right rear, right front to left rear, right rear to left front, and left rear to right front) then replace tires and remove blocks using jack.

Tire rotation done for the price of finding/buying cinder blocks and elbow grease.
