Do a potluck and a treasure hunt. You can do team or individual treasure hunting. Make the prizes something inexpensive and fun. You could even (depending on how big the company is) make the prizes something like, an extra hour for lunch, coming in late one day or leaving early one day (with pay). Little things like that really make employees appreciate who they work for and in turn they are more productive employees.
