They have a ovulation calender that you can go by...and trust me...it works...worked three times for us!!! You just put in the info it tells you to, and it gives you a calender of what days you are most fertile. It's free, you just have to sign up...
Good luck!!!!!

Everyone keeps say around day 14, but that's because most women have a 28 day cycle.
You ovulate right in the middle. So for a 21 day cycle it would be around day 10 to 11, or 10 or 11 days after the start of your period, to put it another way.
Hope you get pregnant soon!! It took us right at 5 months of trying and now my baby's 3 years old :)

Most women ovulate 14 days after the start of thier period. There are many products at your local market that allow you to track when you ovulate. There simple and really help. Also you can track your vaginal mucus. If it is clear and plentiful then you are close to ovulation. If it is thicker and not see through then you are not ovulationg. I hope this helps.

Your best bet would be to meet with your OBGYN. Most women ovaluate around day 14. but not all women are the same. The doctor would be able to help both you and your man plan the days that would be best for you
