Where did the term "Ruby Tuesday" come from?

"Ruby Tuesday" was a girlfriend of Keith Richards. That wasn't her real name, obviously, so Keith was taking some poetic license, but it was a song about/for her. It was someone he was with before Anita Pallenberg, but I can't remember her name.
