This is old iron, most likely the best idea is one of the custom piston houses, in the US, JE is the best. They can make most any piston, but do require a sample for non common parts (this is one). It does not have to be a Yos piston, a stock one will do, they can adjust compression, etc as you need. If you are in the US, my email is [e-mail]. I will be glad to help, if needed.
