Hamlet indecion's stem from his belief in the canons.
at multiple times during the play, he ponders suicide. Once, he refers to it being against the canon, reulting in his sould belonging in eternal damnation.
He also delays killing Claudius due to the fact that he believes he will be sent to hell for murder most foul.
Also, after the players scene, Hamlet is alone with Claudius and has the opportunity to kill him in the chapel, but doesn't, because he views Claudius' self-deprecating speech as prayer and he couldn't kill a man in the midst of prayer.
Its been a while, and I am not going to look up acts and scenes for you, but I've read it multiple times and these Xtian values come to mind immediately form the play, but maybe these topic headings can point you in the right direction!

Some critics claim that Hamlet is procrastinating in not killing his uncle earlier, throwing away several opportunities. The fact that this is a Christian play gives meaning to Hamlet's hesitation. He does not kill his uncle while Claudius is praying, for instance, because then his uncle would go straight to heaven. No, Hamlet wants to catch him in sin and kill him then to insure that he goes straight to hell. Hamlet says so in so many words, though I can't point to act and scene.
