Im almost 16 and i love Datsuns, I have two problems, one my mom thinks it might be dangerous to drive around in a thirty year old car. My other problem is there are no Datsuns anywhere for sale in New York, its like the closest ones are in Tampa Bay. So what do you think, I would want something in the Z series like 240, 280 or whatever. My towns a huge car obsessed town.

If you are a car entusiast like me you can get one from sunny california where the wrecking yards out there will be more than happy to sell you one that you can completely restore ,I myself has a 1970 240 z and a 510 that I have tricked out,I want to give you some tips on the purchases which will help you cut down on costs ,stay away from rust on the undercarriages and on the bolts at the differential,these are some common weak spots,a very good yard that will help you is called PICK YOUR PART,there are locations in SAN DIEGO AND LOS ANGELES,IF YOU NEED MORE HELP EMAIL ME AND GOOD LUCK.

that would be great like a 240 z .... and jennifers wrong datsun was bought by nissan but anways a datsun would be fine and they are pretty cheap if you know where to get them like the place the first perso said or you should ship one in

go to www.ebay motors,you will find one my first car in new york was a fiat ,30 years later i still talk to my friends about it and we still laugh LOL

why not nissan? nissan made daustun..
but no i wouldnt recommend them. go honda
