His famous catch phrase is of course "Here I come to save the day!" However, the way he got his powers was by a combination of excercise and taking Large doses of vitamins A, B, C and Vitamins XYZ. I remember actually seeing this episode when I was a kid.

I think Mighty Mouse is a better singer than Superman, and sings his own theme song. Quite well, too. Although both have very stylish taste in superhero garments, I think Superman looks more attractive in his blue and red suit. OTOH, Mighty Mouse's costume is a little more colorful. Superman, as Clark Kent, wears glasses. Mighty Mouse has 20/20 vision. (Or maybe he wears contacts, or had lasik...?) Mighty Mouse was born in the United States. Superman was an alien, and I can only assume that he's now a naturalized citizen of the good old USA. Seinfeld is a huge fan of Superman, but I never heard him speak of Mighty Mouse. Not that there's anything wrong with that...... Along with this and all the other great answers, you now know every difference there is between Mighty Mouse and Superman. :D
