International Drive is a highly popular area with the tourists. They have several restaurants, attractions and clubs on this street. I would recommend going to Cafe Tu Tu Tango and Howl at the Moon.

Gaylord Palms is a resort that also has several restaurants, shopping and entertainment on property. I've been to Sunset Sam's, which is a pretty good restaurant.

Blizzard Beach is one very cool Disney Water park with a simulated blizzard in the hottest of weather.

Gatorland, The Alligator Capital of the World, is a low-tech alternative to the theme parks.

The Orlando Science Center is a great family vacation spot with fun for all ages.

Drive a short way Northeast of Orlando to Mount Dora. Famous for it's antiques....including Renninger's Antique Market which attracts thousands to its weekend fairs and extravaganzas. Bed-and-Breakfasts, cafes and lots of unique shops - all within easy walking distance of each other and beautiful Lake Dora. The Miss Dora Tour Boat takes you through a canal to Lake Dora and Lake Eustis.
