Which of Sacha Baron Cohen's characters has caused the most controversy? Do you think that the media hysteria is justified?

In response to "erm we had this whole debate in the U.K about 6 years ago when he first came out." Er, hello... the media has started banging on about it again, over the last few weeks, as anyone in the UK (and a fair few other countries) would know.

probably Borat because the Ali G Movie was completly scripted but the Borat movie is under serious scrutiny and it appears like many law suits are going to come from it. Plus, Borat deals with more political issues. Bruno is just homosexuality and Ali G is more showing how older people deal with the younger generation. going to have to go with Borat!

hahahaha, oh lord, thats hard. But with all of the press over Borat i would have to say Borat! I thought it was hilarious, My favorite character happens to be Bruno and i hope he stirs up just as much controversy as Borat, leave it to Sacha to make that happen

Borat, "throw the Jew down the well"
It's terrible that were laughing but still he's just so funny.
Ali g and Bruno aren't that terrible because they are Americanized, Borat's character is based on a limited knowledge of what is wrong to say in America, that's what's funny.

Borat definitely. Just look at the number of lawsuits coming after the movie. Borat also has a tendency of making anti-semetic references along with other racial slurs. So, hands down Borat.

I would say Borat. But prob only in certain parts of the country and to certain people. Well spose that is the same with all of them. Then again..............to be honest I don't see why any of them have caused controversy. It is all just a bit of fun.

Right now I'd say Borat simply because the movie name is where the attention is drawn.
