All recent research the experts say 2-3 8 oz cups of coffee are safe ammounts of caffine to consume. Stay away from sodas though because they have no nutritional food value at all. Coffee has antioxidants. I had 2 cups of coffee 2 hours before my ultra sound with my son and it did not make his heart rate go up any higher than my previous ultra sound.

My doctor told me that he recommends that you have no more than 3 cups of coffee a day. However, he said the caffeine in 3 cups of coffee is equal to the same amount of caffeine in 2 cans of pepsi or coke. So he told me that since I do not like water and cannot drink it without getting sick from it while pregnant that he really didn't care what I drank that was nonalcoholic as long as I was staying hydrated. There has been, by the way, no link to excessive caffeine while pregnant and hyperactive babies so I would say watch you caffeine but also remember that caffeine is like nicotine and addictive and you and the baby could go through withdrawl if you cut it out right away and you were drinking it before.

Hi,I am almost 27 weeks pregnant and I drank maybe 1 serving a day if that starting in my 2nd trimester.I avoided it during the 1st because it can increase your chance of a miscarriage.
At 20 weeks I started having pre-term contractions so my doctor said no caffeine for the rest of my pregnancy. Now I drink decaffinated coffee and pop with no caffeine.

Well, I'm assuming you're talking about while pregnant? I'm 8 months pregnant and my Dr suggested I drink NO caffeine. If you are going to anyway, the limit is 300mL a day, or a little less than a 12 oz can of coke.

i idea it replaced into 5 servings of fruit and vegetables an afternoon. Like 2 culmination and three vegetables - a mixture of both. till you attempt to reduce weight on a low carb nutrition routine, that's wonderful to eat fruit. that's organic sugar. I do properly on a nutrition routine it really is severe in carbs and occasional in energy. i comprehend human beings that swear through low carb yet my weight would not budge on them and that i think like hell. you are able to eat carbs like entire wheat bread on a nutrition routine, geez, you want a touch of starch to experience satisfied. i imagine you're basically at a plateau, keep on doing what you're doing and eat a balanced nutrition routine with good carbs.

My doc told me one cup of coffee a day. Then, when I complained to him about my headaches, he told me to increase my caffine intake. I ended up drinking 45 oz of caffinated pop every day.
