I will be in LV from the 5th until the 19th, we always go out for two weeks in December...We like the slightly slower pace and the, very-very cheap rooms we are able to find during that time...You have perfect timing the 10th until the 22nd are the best for finding room deals...

All of the roller coasters will or should be up and going...There are some shows which are "dark" during that part of December...The Sirens of TI show in Buccaneer Bay at Treasure Island is closed from Nov 27th until December 20th...But, the other great free spectacles are all open..
Fountains of Bellagio
Fremont Street Experience
Masquerade show in the Sky-Rio
White Tigers/Volcano-Mirage
Wildlife Habitat-Flamingo
Lion Habitat-MGM
Sunset Stampede-Sam's Town

This site is the best for LV information
http://www.lasvegasadvisor.com under "VEGAS INFO" click on >shows/events< enter your December 10th-15th dates, you will get a list of every show/event that will be in town...Along with reviews/ratings/times/prices/etc...Click on >Activities< for a list of all the Free Spectacles...

yes , unless the weather is really bad, like rainy or extremely windy. Same for the show at the Treasure Island and the Fountains at Bellagios. Bellagois runs its show every half hour in winters and it goes on unless its windy. The show on Freemont St goes regardless.
