Are they destructive thoughts? Or are they just thoughts about morality and are in conflict with your religious beliefs? If you have someone you trust that you can talk to, I suggest you do that. Maybe even your priest or pastor.I t may help to get it out in the open and off your chest. And you are not alone. We all stuggle with thoughts that may not seem ethical or right.

Let's first ignore your religious claims and get down to business. The shrink business, far as I'm concerned is about as legitimate as Horoscope Prognosticators. So rule those out. The fact you recognize these as such indicates there's nothing wrong with your head. When something doesn't come from yourself it comes from someplace else. You don't have to be a Christian, if you can actually find one despite bombastic, easily refuted claims, to know there is evil in the world and it usually proceeds from the highest sources. If history is any indication.
" The fish rots from the head. "
Who said that? It's true, by the way. Are you sure they're thoughts? Sequencing? Intrusive appearance of same, like a transmission from someplace you might take for a thought? Not a disembodied voice but actual input that appears to be a thought but strangely alien? Sudden? Fully formed? You refute and ignore same recognizing them as such. It may come as a deviate human agency but it solidly comes from a spiritual agency outside the natural world poised strictly for evil. Yes there is a devil. Hope you read this through and didn't just skip down to the bottom and say; " The Devil made me do it. " It doesn't work that way. Hope this helps.

See a psychotherapist to determine if your thoughts are due to a psychological issue or if it might be due to a physiological issue; such as a mental disorder or illness. Trust your gut on the psychotherapist. There are many out there that are as screwed up as their patients. Find the one that "feels" right to you. Don't buy into that BS that many Christians will tell you of, "if you pray and trust in God enough it will get better". You should pray and trust in God, but God also puts people on this earth to help us with our issues too. It won't just "magically" go away. Trust me. Been there, done that.

The Truth is often stranger than fiction. Not all you are told is The Truth often it is someone elses truth. Ask your angels for assistance. Trust yourself step out of your box of limitations. You are being presented with this opportunity to blossom in the garden of Eden. Yes Eden exists it is called Earth. This is Heaven on earth, well for many it is hell on Earth. it all depends if you are separate from The True Loving God or you follow one that believes in fear and control. The separation I see in judgement of others for their choices is on of the main pitfalls of society. Being christian means nothing when you use it as a label and pay your dues every weekend in a little plate they pass around. You need to live your life with passion. Life with passion is following your heart and this is the path to enlightenment. If there is no heart in the path you are following you are dying your life. You need not be liked to be loved. Most people hate change yet this is what allows us to discover the hidden truths of our true BE-ing. There is nothing about us that is not God. It is our choice to be at one with all. When we force anything away and make it wrong we make God wrong. Fear is the greatest tool to instill doubt about ourselves to keep us separate from our Father in heaven who lives in our hearts.
