What to do depends on what is the cause of the D. Figure that part out. If it's a lack of understanding in the content, talk to your teacher and see if s/he has a tutor recommendation or if they have hours for extra help. Also ask your teacher what you can do to bring your grade up if you are already doing everything you can think of.

You should ask your teacher if there is anything you can do for extra credit to get your grade up. You could probably get a "C" if you do enough. And if you do well on some of the coming tests, you could even get a "B"! Good luck! : [)

you need to spend more time studying or doing your work than hanging out with your bf.
sometimes having a bf can make you think about other things. think of what your priority is...school work/bf?
you need to find time to do both, but what's important needs to be taken care of 1st. if this is your first D and you feel bad, then you obviously realize something's wrong and i'm sure you'll pick up the slack.
good luck

I never got d's in class but maybe, if it's not too late you can always go to your teacher and ask if there's extra credit, extra work or even make up work you could do to make it better. Taking the initiative and going to ask what you can do always looks good to teachers and they're willing to help you get better. also, if there's an understanding problem then maybe you can ask for tutoring.

Beg for extra credit, and though it may suck get a tutor (and make sure that they know what they're talking about!) and do it fast semester grades come up a lot faster than you think.
Good Luck!

Nothing to worry about...just dedicate some extra time to this particular class...If you freak out it will make it more difficult to concentrate when you are studding...
Good Luck!

Talk to your teacher, you are doing something the wrong way. Or perhaps you are socialising too much????
