How can we get grout off of our new tiles we have tried so many things Bleach, The works ,?

Home Depot carries products especially for tiles
they have grout remover and grout haze remover and products are safe to use and work well. Home Depot also carries other tile
cleaning products just ask, they're inexpensive
too.

Try using a scrapper them an abrasive cleaner.

We just got a sharp razor blade and scraped it off carefully.
