1st: Eyes, not as much for color as for depth and character.
2nd: Teeth, not for perfection, but definitely for cleanliness.
3rd: Personality - he absolutely has to have one, or I'm gone!

I tend to look at the shape of the person's eye first, and then the color. I'm not picky about hair. As long as it doesn't look downright horrible on them I don't pay as much attention to it. My mom's a dental assistant, so I really take notice of a person's smile and teeth. As far as body goes, I tend to look at arms first. You know, to see if they have a little muscle there or not. Confidence is key though. If a guy carries himself well then chances are I'll notice. Many people notice different things about others first for different reasons.

I notice the eyes, the style, hair style and color. Body not so much not body parts though, but I do notice the skin, but the eyes attract me the most.

First is always the face and smile. A good smile can win rooms of people over. Body is more of at a glance, not a detailed look.
