I get the plaster unpainted ornaments (from Michael's, wWalmart, etc.) and paint one for each of my close friends and family. They normally cost 4/$1 or at most 59 cents each. i paint them to match the person, and add their names o the front. Normally I set them out as placecards for Thanksgiving, and they always end up on the recipient's tree.

buy a pack of pens, and green floral tape and christmas flowers and have christmas flowers, and for ornaments, shower curtain round ones, wrap any christmas ribons, floral hot glue and have christmas wreaths for the trees and friends. get some cardstock and have them cut into a christmas ornament, use glitter glue, ribbons and have christmas ornaments for everyone. tiny flower pots, paint them christmas colors in acrlic paint, and use ribbons, beans for fillling, and christmas floral in the pot. Great small cheap gifts for everyone!
