Unfortunately Axl is the only original member still in the band. However I went to see them (twice, how sad am i?) on tour in the UK last July and they were fantastic. They put on a great show and although it wasn't the same without Slash, and Axl finally came on stage almost 2 hours late both times, I would still recommend anyone going to see them live.
(Towers of London, who have now split were a good warm up and Bullet for my Valentine, were a great supporting act)

I read a review of a recent G'N'R concert in this week's issue of "Rolling Stone"; it said that Axl is in great voice (although he's gained a lot of weight), and that Dizzy Reed is the only former member of the band still playiong with them . . . but hey, they're back ! ! !
I'd like a chance to see 'em again; the first time was with Metallica and Motorhead at the Rose Bowl in '92.

Amazingly enough, I am listening to Bad Obsession right now! I loved the three true albums! And I loved how Axl was the only one who actually got the crowd to "sing it" at the Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert back in '92!
My favourite will alwas be "Shotgun Blues" though.

I do.Although i don't like a lot of their songs.

1 November Rain
2 Sweet Child of Mine.

Doesn't everyone? yes they were a great band. They should still be together, but that's the nature of the music business isn't it?
