Posh Tottie in a frock

Yield: 1 servings
4 large Eating apples; peeled, cored and
; cut into medium
; chunks
3 tablespoon Caster sugar
4 Cloves
½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
½ Lemon; juice of
200 gram Fresh brown breadcrumbs; grated fine (7oz)
4 tablespoon Brown demerara sugar
90 gram Unsalted butter; (3oz)

Try this..guaranteed to take away all chills and cure what ails you!!!
3/4 cup steaming hot, strongly brewed tea
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbls good whiskey,
good bourbon or try spiced rum!:-)
1 tbls honey
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
Put all into large mug, stir with cinnamon stick!!
Makes 1 serving.
Can and should be doubled...remember, its nice to share!!!!!

No way ~ I love Pimms and I'm not posh, stuck up or goofy and I do a little crochet sometimes ~ but I am a down to earth person ~
