No, i have by no ability once properly-known a guy named Chelsea...yet i don't think of that's this type of undesirable call. Is the "Ch" pronounced as a "ok," such as Kelsey? i don't think of it really is so undesirable if that's meant to be a problematical ok sound. There became once adult men named Kelly and Lindsay too, and now we assume of of those names as female names. If it truly bothers you, you would possibly want to substitute the spelling to "Kelsey."

the teachers at school will think he is a girl and the whole class will laugh at him for the teacher asking for HER(him) but it would make him stand out more and people wont have to be saying his last name
