i am 14,5'6'',180 lbs, runa 40 in 5.2 seconds, cannot bench very much, can press 400-450 with my legs, very aggressive,i play for a 4a school and they need help in evry position but QB

You should try out for a defensive position like DE or LB. Aggressiveness would come in handy. Or offensively you might try TE if you can catch at all. A very low key position that takes lots of skill and determination. Heck, you are 14. Try everything.

Sounds pretty much like Safety....just learn to read and react to what the offense is doing. At that age range, the offenses will mostly run, so just learn a technique to help you move quickly and aggressively toward the ball carrier....good luck!

I don't mean to be a party pooper, but there arent very many positions you would be able to dominate at only being 5'6. Defensive end would be a great position though or a D-tackle.

Tight end, linebacker, fullback, Defensive end or linebacker. In the early years, players would play both offense and defense in the same game. Maybe you could play fullback and defensive end in the same games.

try being a RB because you can run pretty fast...maybe a fullback..you could try kicker or punter if you can do it...if you wanted you could be maybe a defensive safety.
