Jews like Michael Richards and Howard Stern say racist crap all the time, but say something about a Jew like Mel Gibson and they get burned alive, and they won't drop it for weeks. I hear some people saying that Blacks should just drop this issue already!!! I bet even Seinfeld is racist if he's such good friends with "Kramer".

Why, if you are sooooo worried about him saying racist remarks, are you saying them yourself? People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones!

racist behavior in the proper context of well natured comedy, is a staple of comedy for the last 100 years. It is only when racist speech is clearly meant to be antagonistic that it is wrong. Richards is not Jewish, he is taking flak for his comments. If he had been black what he said would not be right either
What makes racist comedy funny is that it points out the inherent sillyness of stereotypes. It does not condone them. If these comments are motivated by hate and not a desire to make people laugh, that is where the line is drawn.

I think what michael richards did was way wrong, he got some kind of nerve we are 2006. Mel gibson was drunk at least thats his "excuse". I can't believe that crap i'm still shocked

Christians do no longer view Moslems as "us" to any extent further than Jews view Christians as "us". 2) maximum Jews settle for different Jews as Jews, they do no longer separate them into "born Jews" and "switched over Jews". (Many Jews are "separatist", nonetheless. The very orthodox see the non-orthodox as no longer likely being Jewish, the informal Jew sees the extremely-Orthodox as being stupid, etc.) 3) faith has no longer something to do with race. There are Caucasian Jews, Black Jews, Oriental Jews, etc. the comparable as Christians, Buddhists, Moslems and maximum different religions.
