Answer as many of them as you wish...
1. If the whole idea behind Yahoo! Answers is to stimulate dialogue back and forth, why in the world would they take away 5 points for asking a question? How does that make any sense?
2. Anyone ever sign up to be a "secret shopper" for those companies that supposedly pay you to shop? Are they legit?
3. Exercise question... My aerobic routine consists of walking laps in a swimming pool. The pool is 60 feet long, 3 feet deep at the ends and 4 feet deep in the middle. I walk at a brisk pace, back and forth, using the water as resistance, for 30 minutes. Is this as good or better than regular jogging or a treadmill?
4. Anyone know a good internet source for western style shirts with the pearl snap buttons, like the kind that country-western dancers might wear? My dorky brother loves those things and I want to get him one for Christmas.
5. Do you think the "mullet" hairstyle will ever come back into fashion? lol

Sierra - thanks for making me laugh, that was funny! But - it really is for my brother. I don't laugh at him to his face though, because he has a 6th degree black belt in Aikido!

1) what I want to know is, if it's suppose to stimulate dialogue, why doesn't anyone bother to add to their questions and comments in response?
2) I've never done it - but it sounds like fun
3) sounds good to me - I wish I could join you and then we could go out for a coffee after :)
4) I'm sure if you look on ebay you'll find something. Or amazon or whatever international wholesaler of country and western garb if you google it.
5) If it does - I'm going to throw up hairpins.

No I dont think that the mullet will ever be in style ever again! I think YA takes 5 points for asking questions becuase it makes you want to answer questions to get the points back, and thats the whole Idea of YA. If there were no points taken for asking this place would be even more crazier with people asking more random pointless questions. No I never was a secret shopper nor have I signed up. I dont know any western websites sorry! I dont know if walking in water is better than jogging. I would think so becuase its harder to move in the water but..........I could be wrong! Hope I helped a little!

1. It makes no sense
2. No they are not legit. They will require you to accept their sales offers in order to get paid, and then they will want your credit card information.
3. Absolutely great form of exercise. With the water acting as resistance, it is much better than jogging or a treadmill. It is also lower impact, so it reduces the risk of injury.
4. www.pearlsnap.com or www.wearablesbusiness.com
5. I hope not

1. I agree - it's totally bogus.
2. I have not, but the company I work for does hire secret shoppers, so I know there are some legit ones out there.
3. I'm sure that's a great workout. But the real test is, are you feeling better, finding you have more energy, more stamina, better weight management, etc. If so, great! Plus, it's low impact.
4. No, sorry.
5. No, I hope not! (LOL!)

1. I really don't know. Maybe they're trying to encourage psychology or something. It's kinda stupid in my eyes as well.
2.No, I haven't. I did, however, try that "free iPod" thing. It gave me a bunch of spam. Don't try it
3. No comment. I dance; don't do that other stuff. Sounds like a good workout; trying walking on the beach if you live near one.
4. Lee( the denim company), Riders, the mall( just go look)
5. Frankly, no. It's a thing of the past. Let it stay there.

No, it used to deduct 10 factors each and every time Yahoo bumped off one in all your questions. Now its in basic terms 2. So its surely extra useful oh by no ability strategies I examine it incorrect. We get factors deleted for answering somebody elses deleted question? this is dumb i've got no longer examine something approximately that yet

1. yep, but they wanna encourage people to answer...they assume people always enjoy ASKING questions.
2. never done it, but know it is often legit, only go for a brandname you recognise though... i used to work for a large supermarket chain and we employed people to do that.
3. dunno, sounds a good idea though.
4. no idea....try e-bay, you can get pretty much anything on there.
5. probably will....just hopefully it won't become popular so will pass quickly and quietly....but have you noticed how fashion seems to be pointing more and more in that direction?!! oh dear!...

They take away points for questions so that someone doesn't just come here and ask a bunch of dumb stuff....and then leave.
I don't get your attitude....you don't want to give up points, so you hog all your unrelated questions into one post....to save your precious points? They are just virtual point! Get over it. Post like a normal person. You are cheating!
