Not really. The first one's the only one I really like, so I don't have much hope for any more that might come out.

No. Why would anyone want to see a Hannibal Lecter movie without Anthony Hopkins? He defines the character. This is just gonna be some kid doing his best Lecter imitation, all to get a quick buck from moviegoers.
In addition: The answer below me is wrong. Anthony Hopkins is not confirmed to be doing any kind of voice over. This is fan speculation, and none of the test screenings have featured a voice over by Anthony Hopkins. While Hopkins is the second actor to play Lecter, his performance is by far the most memorable.

Anthony Hopkins, who is actually the 2nd person to play Hannibal, will do Hannibal's voice-overs in 'Hannibal Rising'. So he'll still be telling the story. This will be the 5th movie in the series and I'm looking much more forward to it than the 3rd & 4th ones (Hannibal & Red Dragon). It should be entertaining ;-) They've also picked an awesome actor to play Hannibal in his teens and early 20s.

Yes, I quite like prequels, it will be good to see how and why he became Hannibal the Cannibal.
