Alright I am a guy and was curious about waxing all my pubic hair. How badly does it hurt and is it safe. Also what kind of places will do something like that for a guy. In case I don't wanna go to someone to get it done what about doing it myself. Is it safe and how would I go about it?

It hurts (my ex did it once!). But it does give a nice smooth finish, I did it for him at home. Doing it yourself might be a problem, you have to be brave!!! Have you got a female friend or gf you trust to do it for you....;

Waxing is totally safe and the pain is just like somebody pulling sellotape from ur skin down below but if u blow cool air on the area straight away (or get ur girl to do that) it should calm it down immediately. Its a good idea to first use a depilaroty cream to remove them. It takes just 5 minutes and it totally painless and they will grow back within 1-2 weeks if u dont like them.
waxing between the legs is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time........ i hav been doing my front and back and everything in between for the past 4 years and now my pubic hair is very light, thin and really soft!!!! so even if i feel lazy one month and dont feel like doing them it doesnt matter bcuz they are not horrible anymore. This is bcuz the roots weaken when they are constantly being pulled out. Also it doesnt hurt as much as it used to either.
I would advise it to everyone. There is no pain without gain and it is definitely worth it, and beats shaving anyday! Try ur local directory to see if any salons offer the service to males (most offer the 'brazilian' but that is for women mostly so u can check...) if not then u could always ask ur lover to give u a hand. Btw there is nothing gay about it... i find thick pubes a turn off myself.

9.9 out of 10 men would not be able to stand the pain of waxing their genitals. It's easier for women as they don't have testicle hair to deal with. If you are determined to wax then use a good brazilian hard wax like Gigi. Try waxing a small part of your leg to experience a little of the discomfort involved.
I would recommend you use the Seiko Cleancut shaver and Shavy trimmer to remove your pubic hair. The Cleancut does not nick, cut or bite and leaves baby smooth skin. However, it will only work on stubble length hair so you need a good trimmer. This is where the toothbrush shaped Shavy comes in. It is particularly good at trimming testicle hair.

I think you would be better off getting it done professionally as it is hard to pull the wax strip off properly when you do it yourself and the slower you do it the more it will hurt. I have had my bikini line waxed once before my wedding and although it did hurt there's no denying that, it wasn't half as bad as i thought i would be. Just bite the bullet and get it done :) It's also not very expensive if you go the right salon generally raging from £7.50 - £15.00. Good luck.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.

Don't do it unless girlfriend/wife asked you to (and make sure she wasn't joking) if they did ask you to, ask them to do it. You can find a home waxing kit in most grocery/drug stores.

Waxing is pulling all the hair out by the roots in one of the most sensitive body areas - of course it hurts! And do you really want some stranger messing around with your private parts? EEEeeewwww!
Being bald down there is kind of freaky anyway - do you really want to go back to being a hairless kid? Real men have pubic hair!

a regular tanning salon or something like that will do it but to know the pain try to pluck a few with a tweezzer and see for urself

1. it hurts for like a few minutes but you're a man so get over it
2. yes its safe..safer than a razor
3. all salons and spa's will prolly do that for anyone
4. i wouldn't trust myself doing it...soemthing might go wrong
