It has been strained for almost 1 year now, physical therapy has not worked, and my doctor justs says to rest and ice it. Is there any medicine or treatment I can take or do?

Thank You.

as quickly as you're recovered sufficient attempt 'unfavourable' glute/ham will strengthen. Kneel down on floor with ft below a settee or chair. Then decrease your bigger physique to the floor. artwork as much as ten-20 reps then upload weight and artwork back up. those completely helped my hamstring problems.

Are you sure there isn't a torn muscle or ligament?

1 year is too long for a strain to heal.

Meanwhile try NSAIDs and keep working on it at reduced intensity and see if it worsens

rest. 1 year is too long and I would question how healthy your diet is.

Ask your Dr! Better yet take his or her advice. They are Dr.'s for a reason. Good luck babe.
