Great answer Miss_Murder. No i'm not being sarcastic I realy do mean it. You have to figure it out on your own what to do. I can't tell you what to do because if I do it proabably won't work for you. Try everything you can to control it. Try kicking the sh*t out of something. I love that feeling. Don't stop until you're bleeding out of every sing spot on your body and your screaming out so loud you think you'll die of a popped blood vessle.
This is what has worked for me. There is no better feeling after I do something like this. Granted it only happens once a year because people sort of notice you almost killing yourself in rage but when it does I feel completely better.
Like I said try everything until you find something that works. Make sure what you find works dosen't affect anything else that is important to you to much because that's fixing a problem with another problem.

Well, it sounds like you have anxiety, and you may have to go to a "psychotherapist" eventually. BUT you should probably start with your family doctor to rule out any other physical problems. Your family doctor might even be able to prescribe you an anti-anxiety medication BEFORE referring you to a psychologist, especially if you have a good reason (like you have no insurance and can't really afford to go see another doctor).
But, without therapy the medicine is rarely enough.

If you really hate doctors, try Yoga or a 12-step program to learn to deal with life's ups and downs in a better way.

well don't go to a psychotherapist, go to a psychologist or psychiatrist. This is a serious issue and should be treated as such. I know it's not what you wanted to hear, and at this point I'm not going for the best answer, but it's affecting your health. Chill out and tell somebody professional about it.
