Subway is better for you than Burger King or any other fast food place, although the deli meats that they use are high in sodium and nitrates. Even the grilled chicken at Mc Donald's is fried on the grill in butter. There really is no healthy fast food.

Subway, the food tastes alot better and it's healthier for you, I haven't gone to Burger King since the last summer :)

Subway is the main suitable place to consume. McDonald's is a stable place in case you're constipated. Their nutrition will opposite that distinctive difficulty in an quite screaming and squirty way. Chi-fil-a is quite like eating cardboard. i don't consume on the Burger King simply by fact around this city they're the "black" McDonalds. all the non-blacks (white, hispanics, asian, etc.) are taken care of like martians from outer area while they walk for the time of the door.
