Because they're actually communists. They want everything to be better for them and to do that they think people who have more money should give some of it up. If they had only stayed in school...then they wouldn't be lazing about and sucking on the welfare teat.
I'm not rich either, but I hate it when poor people sit around and don't do anything to improve their situation and hope that the government will make everything better for them.

Often times people are rich because they are born into it. Most often times because they were lucky. The were in the right place at the right time or knew the right people. For a poor person working two jobs just to try and break even, it is frustrating. Not only that, a good number of people that can be called rich, are a bunch of snobs. Not all, but a good bunch of them.

There are poor people who hate rich people and there are rich people who hate poor people.
The poor who hate the rich, tend to be envious.
The rich who hate the poor are suffering with class struggle, conning themselves into thinking that having money automatically makes them a better person when in reality, the wealthy elite are corrupt as anything. They get off because they got the money to get off.

actually... it's much more that the rich hate the poor...
what have poor people really ever done to the rich..
the rich have a long, constant history of abusing and objectifying the poor... only giving in slightly when they are made to do so...
but, I think that there is a very large distrust for the rich... many would say it's a reputation they have earned... and some would also say, only a fool likes those that hate them...

When I was poor, I hated the rich people that said they hated the rich people.
I knew they were lying hypocrites.
Rich Democrats still say they hate the rich, and want to hurt the rich.
If they were being honest, that would mean they wanted to hurt themselves, their familes, and all their friends.
I don't believe it.
I realized that it wasn't the rich I hated, it was the hypocrite Democrats that kept me poor, and on their Democrat Plantation.

Who said that the poor hate the rich? That is not always true. They may envy them, but hate them?? There are riches one can have without it being$$$$.

i dont think poor people hate rich people what classifies as rich!! do you mean well off in $ ? alot of wealthy people are unhappy and are backstabbers , they have no real friends and wish for more they are not rich people! not only do i have $ to spare but i am happy,GIVING,understanding and family orientated! people with less $ then average like myself are rich in love,and personality sorry for your loss but your attitude is not rich but poor!

Two reasons:
1) Jealousy
2) The realization that the poor themselves aren't rich because they haven't put in the work to become rich. It's much easier to say someone else cheated to get rich than it is to admit, that you didn't work hard enough to get rich.

Alot of times its jealousy and alot of poor work for rich people and see their snide attatudes they carry.

Jealousy? Many poor people feel they are entitled to the holdings of the rich, all without earning a penny of it. My family grew up poor, but I was lucky in that they never raised me to believe in such trash.
