where do i get the gregar and falzar chips in megaman battle network 6?

i seen people use them on youtube and di need to know where to get them

to get the gregar and falzar chips you need to defeat gregar or falzar SP,to fight falzar SP or gregar SP you need all the game icons,im still trying to get all the mega chips it is so tough to get all the icons so have fun.
