Unfortunately, you're probably not going to find this book written out online. It was published too recently so is still under copyright. (it was originally published as a novella in 1959, as a book in 1966, and made into the movie "Charly" in 1968) You should be able to get the book on the cheap 2nd-hand (amazon has it for under $3), and it will =definitely= be available at your library!
