Do we actually have an impact or do we just naturally improve on certain things? (evolution)

I think you are mixing up cause and effect here. Lifestyle eg how active you are etc comes from your genes not the other way around. If someone is fit, active, well educated they will be socially able to provide a good foundation for a child, but again this is nothing to do with genetics.

If you have a favorable lifestyle, you may be able to attract a "superior" mate. This will impact your childrens genes (if they're actually yours). It has no effect on your genes, but it can affect their manifestation. Good diet and exercise may mean a number of years extra before your arteries clog.

Your lifestyle will not affect you genetics, nor will this lifestyle be genetically passed on to the next generation.

Um if the baby is born, it will normally go to the things that you will do, BUT if it is still a fetis, what the mom eats and drinks, maybe does will affect. My mom ate mexican food all the time when she was pregnant with me and i love it.
