the mean is 4626 and error is 591. Whats the confidence interval? Show me the work. I dunno

Depends what you mean by 'error'. If you mean margin of error, its just mean + or - error. If you meant standard error, its mean + or - (z value for confidence level)*error.

You need standard deviation to work out the confidence interval... I don't think we can help you untill the full question is written out here
