Hi! I have 10 month old twins. The first few months are the hardest. It will get easier. Here's a few thoughts:
1. At 1 month I just did whatever it took to survive. The most important thing for us was writing down what time they ate, how much, and diaper changes so that my husband or anyone else helping could just look at the chart and anticipate the next feeding/diaper change.
2. We also made sure to keep them on the same schedule. If one woke up then I woke the other up and fed both at once. Diaper change immediately after feeding, then a little time in the bouncy seat or swing or cuddle time, finally put down for some sleep, then I would grab a bite to eat or take a nap (depending on the time), then start all over again when they wake up. It wasn't until they were about 5 months old and sleeping longer stretches at night that I stopped waking both up at the same time.
3. There's not alot of tricks at 1 month. Are you swaddling them? They ALWAYS slept better if they were swaddled. I think it's because they were so squished for nine months! :-) I strongly recommend swaddling for at least the first three months.
4. Sleeping 3 hours is actually pretty fantastic! Mine were eating every three hours so the longest stretch of sleep I was getting was 2 hours.
5. Try reading Elizabeth Pantley's No Cry Sleep Solution. She's got alot of tricks and tips for newborns. I read alot of sleep books and most recommend putting babies to bed at 7pm which is their "natural" bedtime. I didn't learn this until they were 8 months old but it really worked. Once we started putting them to bed at 7pm (instead of 10pm) they were sleeping longer and were much less cranky during the day.
Hope this helps!

I have twins too, 19 months old. Yes, they are normal, their sight is not that strong, they can only see clearly about the distance from you holding them in your arms up to your face. My twins started sleeping all night around 2 months. My previous children started sleeping all night around 1 month old. I would not go to bed until after midnight just so that way I could nurse them really good first and then I would put them back to bed and then I would go to bed myself. At least that way I got about 5-6 hours of straight sleep.

My daughter has twins and when they were little they were on opposite feeding schedules. One would eat, get diaper changed and then back to bed. She would lay down for a couple of minutes and the other one would wake up -- 24 / 7!!! For about 6 months. So, you really have nothing to complain about at only one month. Your little ones are VERY normal.

Totally normal. They are only 1 month old. When they are 3 months and still only sleeping in 3 hr blocks then be concerned

Its normal... babies make their own sleeping habits. just look at their habits and try to change it , my friends baby has to go to sleep at 9 so he can get 4 hours of sleep but if the baby sleeps at 1o he only sleeps 3 hours. Buy toys with images and music

um.... yes
they will feed every 2 - 4 hours if you are breast feeding.
and yes, they need to. You can't change that for now - when they are about 6 months old, you can feed them very watery rice pablum ( a tablespoon or so) at their evening feeding before they get their bottle / breast. That should help them sleep a little longer.
But you can't feed them anything but formula or breast milk for now - they are too young.
rest when they rest, and more if you are able to.

They are doing what one month old babies do. When they get to be a few months older, you can try different things to occupy them until you want them to go to sleep.

Hard to entertain 1 month old babies. When my boys were babies I used to play a music box or soft music when they were fussy and it seemed to help some.
