If you didn't want to fail, then you should have done your homework in the first place. You're the one who didn't do the homework, so hence, you're the one that will most likely fail. Don't procrastinate.

I suggest you talk to your professors, see if you can make it up. If not study really hard for exams and do all assigned work. Then you should at least be able to get about a C.
