Ok, theres been a bottle of Jack in the break room for about a week and a half now. Its been opened, but it looks like its only had one shot taken from it. I dont know whose it is, but its been sitting there so long with no attention... Im thinkin I shoud take it home with me where it'll deffinately get some attention. What do you think, free bottle or bad karma??

PS - I dont work at a grocery store or anything like that, Im not talking about shoplifting.

Lets put it this way...If you bought a bottle of Jack and left it unattended in the break room....what the **** is wrong with you? I say it's all yours.

Lets put it this way...If you bought a bottle of Jack and put it in the break room....how upset would you be if you went to look for it and found it missing ? I say leave it alone.

Take it home and if someone buggs you about it say "That has no buisness in the workplace and somene needed to get rid of it"
"If a client came in and saw that we drink at work what would that say about the company"
Report anyone who bothers you about it as someone drinking on the job.

Think about this:

It's been opened.

Now...you SURE you wanna take a slug out of an open bottle that's been in a common fridge for that long?

Ask everyone you work with if it belongs to them. ( assuming you work for a smaller company) If noone claims it, then take it home. If you work for a larger corporation with so many employees that you don't know everyone, I think I would just leave it alone. Best of luck! : )
