Yes, of course you should be concerned. What has the Republican party done for you or this country? What have the Democrats done for you or this country? If you research the different arguments, then I believe it should come easily as to what side you believe. Unfortunately, the American public doesn't agree with me. Nonetheless, you should be concerned about the fact that Americans asked for a change and why? I believe they did because our current administration has does done almost nothing to help society as a whole. Please emphasize on "almost" in the aforementioned sentence. I would never discriminate about the good they have done, but I do believe the administration has done more worse than good, but that nonetheless eliminates the good. I believe that Democrats would have done much more for the American people had they been in control of our current administration. You should be concerned about any party who takes control of the House and Senate because it reflects the opinions of the American people. I believe the American people made a intelligent choice.

Dont be concern now be always concern about politics. Are you concern to have a Vice president that the President of an Oil extraction company? You should be. Are you concern about the deaths of 3000 people in 9/11 and how that favored to go in a war that was preconcieved?. Are you concern that we are prosecutting the wrong guy due to Sept 11 attacks? Are you concern about social security and if it will be around when is your time? Are you concern of how much money we spend on Iraq's war? Are you concern about the big alliance between Corporations interests and Monopolistic merges and Republican control of the Senate that will perpetuate the inequialities in America?.

THen you should not be concern with anything. Because you are very happy with mediocracy.

It's doesn't matter who is in Congress. It's is the Federal Reserve that really runs this country.

John Maynard Keynes,
The Economic Consequences of the Peace,
1920, "Lenin is said to have declared that the best way to destroy the Capitalistic System was to debauch the currency. . . Lenin was certainly right. There is no subtler, no surer means of overturning the existing basis of society than to debauch the currency. The process engages all the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and does it in a manner which not one man in a million can diagnose."

If you were happy with the Republicans, you probably won't be too disappointed with this batch of Dems. Many of the Democrats elected are quite moderate.

Yes, you should be concerned, regardless of which party is the majority in Congress.

A well-informed citizenry is the best defense against tyranny, corruption, and abuses of power.
