i was going down the stairsand he was going up and i actually stop and turn around to see him and to my surprise i saw him and he was turning around to look at me and after he saw me too he just turned around does that actually mean that he likes me

he don't know you to like you but that definitely means he thinks your cute if he turned around to get another look go girl! if you are the type to go get what you want then go for it next time you see him just be like hi and then smile and he should smile back and maybe he'll do the rest GOOD LUCK!!!!

You obviously caught his attention, now so long as you didnt break wind as you passed each other, you probably caught his eye with your good looks or he liked your perfume, so YES he did like something about you, but unless you see him everyday it isnt going to lead to anything..next time it happens at least say hello.

He is definitely interested in you. Make sure he is available first. Watch him for awhile, see how he interacts with friends and family. If you have a relationship, don't commit to him until you see how he treats his mother and sisters. They are the first female relationships he has in life and a good indicator of how he will truly treat you.

well, in the movies, that usually means a guy likes you.
but you never really know in real life if that's the case. for all you know the guy could be looking at someone else that's also on the stairway, like someone before or something.
