I don't mean to be facetious, but as you have a daughter called Asia, what about one of you calling your daughter India? You both seem to like unusual names, so have you considered taking into account what names mean? There are loads of books of baby names around that give this information. For example, Keira means "a girl who has dark hair"; Sarah and its variants means "a princess". You can probably borrow books of baby names from the library, or you might find one on eBay. Try a search on "A - Z of Babies Names". There is a lovely opera by Delibes about a princess called Lakme: you know that beautiful song that was in the British Airways ad? That's the Lakme Flower Duet and it's one of the most beautiful pieces around. You could play it at the christening . . . .

I hope both your little girls are born healthy and lucky!

congratulations both of you, my children are called sam tom and rosie they are grown up now, i have a method for choosing names that me and my sister alway quote, say the name and then imagine if they could be newsreaders with that name eg. kate adie if they could your name will stand the test of time after all its got to last a lifetime . in the 60's when wacky names where fashionable, many people hated them by the time they were adults eg zowie heaven etc many people changed their names to good old ordinary names like joe that stand the test of time...
