Holidays and back to school. Dude just build one yourself. When you buy a computer from some hack company you mostly just pay for the name. Look on the web, its pretty easy to do it yourself, better components for half the cost.

All the suggestions given are sound. But if I may add that if a store, outlet, etc stocks up a lot and wants to get rid of inventories that's the time prices will go down. Dell usual ends her quarter October, January, April & July this is the time they want resellers to stock up to meet their quotas. In order for the stores to move the items they have to drop their prices to avoid overstocking and obsolecence. Good luck.
