Older fathers run the risk of producing Downs children and other defects . It is not good to have children after say 40 for men. THe women are naturally limitted.

The health risk is in being born, regardless of the age of your father. Life is inevitably a terminal condition.

Sunderland -

there age of a father doesnt matter as sperm is produced throughout the life span of a male.

a mothers age is more relevant as an older mother would be at more risk of having an unhealthy baby.
