I go through the drive through and order 6 nuggets and a large dr pepper. Drive off and I've got 10 nuggets and a medium coke. WTF??? Everytime I go through this same location they mess up my order.

Oh, c'mon. They're just field testing their new "Improve Your Order" program, whereby they take your order, find the deficiencies in it, and fix them by giving you what you really wanted, not what you asked for.

I work at a Mc Donalds here in Wash state and when you are talking into the speaker make sure you are not yelling into it. It makes it hard to hear what people are ordering. Also there is noise from traffic also that comes over the headset that the person working drive-thru wears, and people that have noisy cars, like diesel engines can make it almost impossible to hear. The Mc Donald's that I work at is right across the road from the train tracks and when they blow the whistle it can almost blow out an ear drum of the person wearing the head set. You really should check your order before leaving, or when you pull up to the window tell them (Nicely) that you have had a problem in the past with getting the wrong order and you would like them to double check it. The person working the grill area onlt puts out the food that is up on the screen so the person taking the order is putting the wrong thing into the computer. If the Mc Donald's that you go to has a screen where you can view your order (LCD screen) make sure that it has the right thing on it.

You can check your bag before you drive off. Also, you can try going to a different location. Where I live there's a McDonald's on every corner so it's not a big deal. Try going in and ordering instead of going through the drive through.

I quit going to Burger King because they messed up my son's order every time we went.

It's probably just the people who works there. Try finding a different location. I've never had a problem like this when I go to McDonalds.

Pretty common prob- I was in Wendy's on Sunday and a very irritated man came in because they gave him the wrong burger and skipped one item entirely. Guess the pay is low and the employees aren't too motivated.

Be thankful - you got more and better things than you asked for. Yes, things go better with Coke.

Fool me once shame on you...Fool me twice shame on me.....

If they keep messing up why do you go there? Or why don't you check your order before you leave? When you were handed your drink didn't you notice IMMEDIATELY that it was the wrong size?

Stop going there. What do you expect from a place where you can get a cheeseburger for a buck? You get what you pay for.
