Jeeez! Chill out! You can still watch Outlaw Star at home. Check your local library to see if they have it. My own library, in Chester County Pennsylvania, has the whole series of Outlaw Star, including tons of other anime.
You can also go to the local B & N to pick up your own copy! I know how you can be so hysterical. I enjoyed the series too! (Not on tv though)

Youtube.com has every single episode (last i checked)
and it also has alot of anime.
