Unfortuantly, no you can't know what the weather is going to be like on that specific day this far in advance. No weather forecast is accurate beyond 2-3 days. Anything beyond 3 days would not be accurate at all. Weather is constantly changing and is NOT an exact science. It's just too soon to know..my advice? Keep an eye on the weather forecast as it gets closer..keep in mind that even a week in advance..the forecast will probably change before December 16th. Good Luck and Happy Holidays!

You cannot control the weather....no one has no way of knowing for sure from one day to the next. Just be prepared for anything and all will be well.

you can get long range weather forecasts but to be honest they cant normally get the next day right. theres not much chance of it being a hot sunny day so just allow for every other eventuality.
