You'd have to ask Yahoo to know for sure. I believe ANY question or answer is always immediately posted. It is then up to people to hit the "report abuse" button. If Yahoo gets enough reports they presumably delete it. I don't know if that means a PERSON actually looked at it or it's just a certain number of reports.

The problem is there are many reasons someone will report abuse. Hopefully, it is for something that violates their policies. I only do it if I feel I absolutely must (repeated spam or questions that incite violence). But a lot of people "trolls" do it to "game the system", or they have something against the person who posted, or the just do not agree with them.

i have no idea maybe its the forum op's call.
They blocked a legit question I asked yesterday and I am still trying to figure out how they decided it wasn't a question.
